Martha, is a passionate Occupational Therapist. Throughout her professional career she has worked throughout the human lifespan. From pediatric to adults to geriatrics rehabilitation. In settings such as PPEC, outpatient, Entrepreneur ventures, hospitals, national organization programs for seniors and Home Health setting.
As an enthusiastic OT, she has found it very rewarding to work with patients, clients, participants, families, caregivers, other disciplines and professionals, all together to provide quality service and care to help others live life to its fullest potential.
Martha, recognizes that working in home health settings has a distinguished approach to her services towards other human beings. Having been in their homes as a clinician, has given her a unique insight of both patients and caregivers needs and goals. For Martha, “Home is where the heart is; it is a privilege to help others in this sacred space which is their HOME”.
Martha is very proud to be part of the Aqua Home Care Family and being able to offer caregiver services to the Greater Miami Area. “It’s very fulfilling to see how the family dynamics shifts, and the quality of life of its members improves, once we are able to connect with the needs of our clients, families, and caregivers”.

Being an Area Manager for the greater Maimi area combines my two great loves: Sales and Healthcare.
After high school, I ended up in a sales job and found out I really loved working with the people! I went on to work at a Jeep dealership and became the #10 rep in the country only after a few short years and worked there for 10 years. Then I moved on to conquer Real Estate, where I earned Rookie of Year Brokerage of over 1000 new agents in my first year. I maintained my seat as a member of the Top Producers Association during my 25 years in Real Estate.
With over 21 nurses and doctors in my family, I went into the healthcare field. I guess you could say it’s in the blood. I love the job of helping families at a really stressful and critical part of their lives. There is nothing more rewarding than when a family member tells me how great their experience was because of how I helped them with services from Aqua Home Care.
Marilu Bustillo-Hiddo, our Miami Area Manager, is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 35 years of experience in the home care and staffing space. Marilu has her degree in Business Administration which has helped her make considerable contributions at Aqua Home Care over the past few years as an operations and customer success team leader, supporting clients and care providers across multiple markets. Marilu has an incredible work ethic, a heart of gold, and an undeniable passion for serving others.
