Aqua Home Care approaches care planning as a collaboration with clients and families. As care partners and advocates, we provide a customized and coordinated experience with home care. Our expertise assists clients with a calm, caring, and organized approach to decision-making.
Our services are centered on helping our clients achieve care goals such as safe independent living, optimal recovery from hospitalization, or staying connected to the community. Caregiving is available short-term or ongoing and clients may increase or decrease service as needed. Care may be scheduled once per week, daily, up to 24 hours per day, or anything I am between.
When it comes to home care services, you can depend on us to care for you or a loved one and know that they are well cared for. Being an Area Manager for the greater Maimi area combines my two great loves: Sales and Healthcare.
After high school, I ended up in a sales job and found out I really loved working with the people! I went on to work at a Jeep dealership and became the #10 rep in the country only after a few short years and worked there for 10 years. Then I moved on to conquer Real Estate, where I earned Rookie of Year Brokerage of over 1000 new agents in my first year. I maintained my seat as a member of the Top Producers Association during my 25 years in Real Estate.
With over 21 nurses and doctors in my family, I went into the healthcare field. I guess you could say it’s in the blood. I love the job of helping families at a really stressful and critical part of their lives. There is nothing more rewarding than when a family member tells me how great their experience was because of how I helped them with services from Aqua Home Care.
Marilu Bustillo-Hiddo, our Miami Area Manager, is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 35 years of experience in the home care and staffing space. Marilu has her degree in Business Administration which has helped her make considerable contributions at Aqua Home Care over the past few years as an operations and customer success team leader, supporting clients and care providers across multiple markets. Marilu has an incredible work ethic, a heart of gold, and an undeniable passion for serving others.
Marilu currently lives in Boca Raton, but will always be a New Yorker at heart. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and sharing stories with her clients.
